Dept. 56 - Price: $375.00 in Moore, Idaho

Lot of 25 Department 56 Collectibles selling way below market value
My husband and I collected these a long time ago and we have since moved to a smaller home where we no longer have the room for these and need to make room. We contacted a retailer in Califoria named City of Lights to find the market value of these items but we know the market isn't what it used to be and are willing to take what we can get for them. Every collectible has its original box. Some of the boxes are in good condition but all of the pieces themselves are in mint condition. I am listing in parenthesis what the market value, as told me, is for each piece but I am only asking $375 for all 25 pieces or will entertain a reasonable offer.
